Harold’s extensive background in capital markets and finance allows him to help navigate the lengthy process of budgeting for a custom home. Since a home is one of the largest investments in a person’s portfolio,  Harold is able to take a long-term approach when researching and setting the budget for both lot and home. Staying true to his capital markets background, knowing the customer is of paramount importance.  He invests the time to interview each client face to face to clearly understand their goals, then places himself in their position while using his knowledge and connections to bring those goals to fruition.

Having more than 20 years of experience in finance, construction and real estate sales, Harold has the ability to use his vast amount of contacts and relationships to find lots to build on when inventory is so low.  With tear downs becoming the norm, Harold spends time networking area communities that are a great fit to custom builders and homeowners who can’t find the ideal empty lot to build on. Using his development eye, Harold is able to look past the current state to the perfect fit for both builder and client.  Harold has a proven track record of selling spec inventory starting with the ability to get clients to see their vision while working with architects throughout the planning process. 

Developer Services

Harold has invested in, planned, managed and sold in multiple master planned communities with a long history of success. He is an expert in advising developer’s product types that fit industry trends and specific lot sizes and locations.  He has vetted multiple builder guilds, conducted builder lot draws and retail sales programs.  He successfully managed all relationships between developer-builder to builder-client from contracts to walking property and procuring sales.  Harold has brokered many land purchases to a wide variety of builders and developers.  His 28 year capital markets background is a significant advantage when talking with a potential seller on how to manage the sale of the family farm or long held assets.
