He is an expert in advising developer’s product types that fit industry trends and specific lot sizes and locations.  He has vetted multiple builder guilds, conducted builder lot draws and retail sales programs.  He successfully managed all relationships between developer-builder to builder-client from contracts to walking property and procuring sales. 

Harold has brokered many land purchases to a wide variety of builders and developers.  His 28 year capital markets background is a significant advantage when talking with a potential seller on how to manage the sale of the family farm or long held assets. His investment background and planning contact resources can give advice on how to approach estate planning to avoid taxation and create a legacy.  This is an important characteristic to the seller and improves the relationship between seller and potential buyer.  It’s an emotional decision and more than just a number that traditional brokers want to discuss and softening that decision with honest guidance that adds value to the seller creates a better transaction.

Broker in Charge of Sales of the The Palisades.  A 4600 lot master planned community and #1 selling community in Charlotte during his 5 yr tenure.   He guided several marketing companies with innovative ideas that turned into award winning marketing concepts. 

The Palisades -Designed all marketing concepts and materials for major events in the Palisades.

3 yr HomeArama community – The Palisades where over 30,000 people attended over a three week period.  This is to include all builders, tents and events held each day.

The Palisades Professional Tennis Tournament – Outback Championship Series – YEARS with professional players like John McEnroe – Pete Sampras -   Jim Courier and a host of other top rated Senior world class tennis champions. This Outback Tennis tour came with a Championship court surrounded by food beverage facilities sponsored by Outback Steaks.
