Harold has brokered many land purchases to a wide variety of builders and developers. His 28 year capital markets background is a significant advantage when talking with a potential seller on how to manage the sale of the family farm or long held assets. His investment background and planning contact resources can give advice on how to approach estate planning to avoid taxation and create a legacy. This is an important characteristic to the seller and improves the relationship between seller and potential buyer.
