Harold R. Soutier, Jr., President and Founder
Harold studied business administration in college before embarking on a successful 28 year career in the capital markets industry with Smith Barney to his independent practice of LPL Financial. Harold’s passion for real estate brought him to becoming a Managing Partner of a real estate development company specializing in the acquisition, development, disposition and land management of residential properties for investment portfolios. Harold has an unparalleled scope of experience that has made him an expert in the Real Estate industry. With the combination of a capital markets background and an extensive history in construction, development, and sales, Harold was able to work as a consultant and Broker in Charge for Rhein Medall Communities. He also served as an advisor to CEO and sales director leading the Palisades (a 4600 lot master planned community) to be the number one selling community in the Charlotte Region.
In 2014, Harold founded Soutier Properties, LLC. The full-service real estate business markets to a wide variety of clientele ranging from investors looking to connect with developers and builders to clients in search of a custom builder. His expertise will help marry both sides of the deal with a seamless transaction. His clients receive a holistic picture of their wealth goals and then Harold makes effective use of the firm's talent and resources to achieve their vision. Objective counsel is Harold's strongest suit outside of his keen negotiating skills.
Aside from his 28 trusted years as a leader in these industries, Harold has a passion for the community he calls home. Born and raised in Charlotte, he embraces the relationships he has cultivated with community members, builders, developers, and clients. Harold devotes his time to work, church, family, and giving back to the community. He believes people do business with people they like and trust and he fosters those relationships by genuinely caring about someone’s personal or business goals and placing his/her interest first. Honesty and integrity serves as the cornerstone to Harold’s business philosophy. People and business face a variety of choices and need leadership and product.

Harold R. Soutier, Sr., Chief Financial Officer
Harold Soutier Sr., is responsible for strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget, cost-benefit analysis and managing the financial risks of the company. A Pittsfield, Massachusetts native and decorated United States Army Veteran, Soutier invested thirty years with Smith Barney before founding his own LPL Financial office in 1995. Harold Senior continued to hone his venture capitalist talents by always valuing relationships first and building a strong entrepreneurial team with his son, Harold, Jr. Harold Senior enjoys Charlotte life with his bride, Mary, of 56 years and their three children: Phillip, Stephen and Harold Jr. When he is not spending his time happily with family or at the office, he is an avid golfer, trap shooter and fly fisherman.
Amy Kowchefski, Executive Assistant to the President
Amy studied Fine Arts Education at Liberty University with a concentration in Special Education. She is responsible for all general accounting, reconciling, AR/AP and is the Director of Marketing and Branding for Soutier Properties. Amy assists the President with company budgets, planning, growth strategies and cultivating client relationships. She earned her NC Real Estate License in 2006 and is consistently involved in mentoring teens and a volunteer role at the Lake Norman campus of Elevation Church. A native Floridian, she has enjoyed raising her three children in the Lake Norman area since 1997.
